Chef Wickenhagen continued with Supperclub all over Europe with innovative menu concepts that eventually brought him to Los Angeles by way of Rome, London, and San Francisco.
Michael has a reputation as a hands on innovator, and is known as a veteran leader of many beloved Los Angeles venues. He cut his teeth in upper management as the General Manager of Chocolat, as well as the venerable Mirabelle Restaurant, before launching the meteoric Supperclub Los Angeles.
Duddie and Wickenhagen then worked as a duo catering under the banner Q Catering, before launching The Copper Key.
